PHONE UNLOCK PROCEDURE
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT ANY UNLOCK PROCESS. Should you require assistance, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 650 410.
This procedure unlocks the handset from our network and enables you to insert a compatible SIM card issued by another network. In case of difficulties, please refer to the FAQ listed below:-
Take note of the unlocking code shown above
· Insert a SIM card issued by the Three network.
· Ensure the phone is charged then switch the phone on.
· Using the navigation key, press Left (<) Star ( * ) Star ( * ) Left (<) in sequential order to display the unlock menu. (Problem? See FAQ)
· The phone will display "Personalized with MNC2" menu showing 2 options:
Network Network Subset
· Select "Network"
· There will be two options 'MNC2' and 'MNC3'. Select 'MNC2'
· Enter the Network Unlock Code shown above, and press "OK"
· Press 'Back' to confirm the padlock symbol next to 'Network' is showing as unlocked
· Hold down the 'Escape' key to exit the unlocking menu
· Power cycle the handset. Once the device has reloaded an 'Unlock' icon should appear
When successfully unlocked, you will be able to insert a compatible SIM card to make and receive calls. (You will need reception and phone credit)
Please Note: If a wrong unlocking code is entered, it will display "Wrong code".
· This handset will only allow 5 attempts to unlock
· After 5 failed attempts, the handset is permanently blocked and can never be used again. Blocking the device is not covered by the warranty.

Answer: The phone has no (<) key. This refers to pushing the navigation button left
